St. John's Abbey Guesthouse in Collegeville is ideally located 90 miles NW of the Twin Cities on 2600 acres of woodlands and lakes. Accommodations are private with private bath.     Thérèse Jacobs-Stewart

    Thérèse has been a practicing psychotherapist, meditation teacher, and international consultant for more than 25 years. She is the author of Mindfulness and the 12 Steps:Living Recovery in the Present Moment and Paths are Made for Walking: Practical Steps to Attaining Serenity. Thérèse and her husband Jim founded MindRoads Meditation Center in 2004.

    Jim Jacobs

    Jim Jacobs, LICSW, has been a marriage and family therapist for over 40 years. An ardent meditation practitioner and wonderful teacher, Jim has been a student to the Zen Buddhist tradition for the past fifteen years.

    Jean Fraser

    Jean Fraser is a teacher specializing in wellness, yoga, and personal development. Her teaching is informed by over thirty years of study in therapeutic movement, yoga, and stress management.

    Three Little Yogis

    Three Little Yogis is a yoga collaborative of Kundalini with the goal of introducing tools for improving your quality of life. Kundalini teachers Brenda Griffin-Wagner and Osiris Guzman offer classes at Mind Roads on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
